Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We do not store credit card or banking details. Razorpay's privacy policy governs payment data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide access to the UpgrAIed learning platform

  • Service providers: Razorpay (payments), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Cloudinary (file storage) — all under strict confidentiality agreements

UpGrAIed is designed for students in Grades 6–12 (typically ages 11–18). We require parent/guardian consent for all users under 18 years of age. Accounts are created using parent email addresses. We may accept younger students (under Grade 6) with explicit parental consent on a case-by-case basis.

Under Indian data protection laws, you have the right to:

  • Access your child's data
  • Request corrections to inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
